did you try to enter domain without www?
do you get index.php behind it? or you mean that is not problem?

@Porga : for example, if your host is 1&1, you can do 301 redirection within the admin tab, so don't use htaccess.

That is workaround, but i would like to do it with htaccess. Is this CI problem maybe?

I'm not an Apache specialist, but i think the problem is in your htaccess, if you had not altered ionize and CI core (config) files.
