Installation in a subfolder works but not at the root

I've installed Ionize in a sub-folder, after everything is correct, I moved it at the root and got problems, so I've cleaned everything and made a fresh install at the root.
Everything is correct until login which doesn't work.
So i've reinstalled again by giving 777 on all files and folder, choose an admin/admin log/pass, language by default, but still the same.
Log file gave me this error :

ERROR - 2014-11-03 16:21:00 --> User: Many tries to login with the identification username:"admin" from ip "XX.XXX.XX.XX", try no 3
DEBUG - 2014-11-03 16:21:00 --> Event::fire() : User.login.error

Server OVH
PHP 5

Need help !!
