Ionize 0.9.5 rev.3 : Language corrections

Since we modify the URLs of the content (page and articles)  and made them translatable, we got a problem on the "Home" page.

To describe the problem :
- Ionize let the webdesigner set a default language for the website.
- When loading a lang URL (http://domain.tl/sw/), if this lang code exists in the Ionize lang list, the home page for this lang is displayed.
- When the home page is loading (http://domain.tl/), the browser language is detected. If this detected language is in the Ionize language list, this language will be used. So the "fr" lang can be used for the default "sw" home page language, which is totally false.

Solution in the rev3. :
- We removed the browser language detection, and the "/" URL gets now the default language, so the home page stays correct.

We need to discuss with the core team how to manage the browser language detection. From my point of view, a simple redirection to the browser detected lang during the first visit should be enough and needs to be implemented in the router.
One cookie will be in charge to detect if the current visit is the first one or not.

No changes, only language addition (Japanese) and lots of bug fixes.

sorry if i overlooked it somewhere, but how do upgrade (easiest) from rev 0 to rev 5?
just overwrite the files with ftp? i assume yes, but do i have to run the 'install' again?

Re: Ionize 0.9.5 rev.3 : Language corrections

ok that was not so much fun sad
i overwrote the application, modules, plugins, system, and themes directory.
then my website redirected to /install and quit...

on some hunch i copied back the application/config directory from backup, and it seems to be working again..
1) should i restore more files now?
2) can you give a small howto upgrade without problems for the non-codeigniter knowledgeable peoples like me wink

update:
consequently, the 'version' is still 0.9.5 with me, not rev5.
this is stored in the ionize.php in the config dir... so i should overwrite some config files... but which?
