Can't access admin panel after update 0.9.5 rev7

I have this error when i try to connect to admin panel  (phpmyadmin sessions)

what's wrong or how can i trace login access throw admin panel.

I have solved my problem.

Message for other user who upgrade rev5 to rev7 :
If you decide to not recreate admin user, system clear the encryption key.
So you must copy and paste it from your backup.
The encryption key is here :

  application/config/config.php
