Configuration - disable language auto-detection

Hi.

I would like to have a configuration parameter to enable/disable the ability
to auto-detect browser's language preference.

Best regards,
Roman

Why ?
Do you have problems with default language ?

Not yet.
Maybe I'm just confused about how Googlebot handles the home-page link for different language searches.

Re: Configuration - disable language auto-detection

Good evening (or night, for that matter).

I have overcome my fear of Googlebot by using this in my templates, in the <head> section:

<link rel="canonical" href="<ion:base_url/><ion:current_lang/>/<ion:name/>"/>

Now the Googlebot always knows what is the correct URL of the home-page,
no matter what language I set as the default one.

Best regards and sweet dreams,
Roman
