Bootstrap and themes

Is it possible to make a template (front end) based on Bootstrap and a bit of jQuery? Do I need to configure something in particular? I have a webpage (both front and back ends based on Codeigniter) that would like to move to Ionize.

Since I like the back end of Ionize, I was thinking only to move the front end.

Could somebody advise what would be required to do?

Also, when I do

<ion:page:articles:article:title />

or

<ion:page:articles />

do I get pure HTML code or is linked to a particular CCS style ?

Thank you in advance, Javier

Re: Bootstrap and themes

Hello,

You can use Boostrap.
The ion tags aren't linked to any style, so you're free to use any template you want !

What's Ionize ?

Ionize is an Open Source Content Management System created by webdesigners for webdesigners.

Created and maintained by Partikule and Toopixel, Ionize wants to be the easiest and most powerful CMS.

Can I help ?

Because talent is nothing without involvement, we are looking for motivated coders and webdesigners to join the project team.
