New Category: Development

Hey,

This one regards this board.

I miss one forum category which might be good to have.
If I have some code-snippet to share, or some development related issues regarding Ionize, there is no forum, which might fit. It's not a Suggestion, but also not a bug or an installation related question. Just a comment or question about basic development with or for Ionize.
For example, I'd like to publish some code for extracting information of the session. It's no enhancment, nor a suggestion. Just a piece of code, which some people might be interested in. Why not adding a "Development" category, where people can simply discuss development related topics about Ionize?

Regards,
Mario

Re: New Category: Development

Yeah, right, but ...
Within Development, there are the following forums:
- Enhancements
- Languages
- Modules
- Themes

Every single one of them is quite specific. I'd add a "General Development" forum, for everything regarding development, which isn't a theme, a module, a translation or an enhancement. Like for discussing general development issues. Questions regarding the core. Publishing code snippets. Discussing code snippets. etc.

Like I have posted my thread about extracting cookies in "Enhancements". Actually it's not really an enhancement, but a little code snippet, one might find handy. It'd rather fit into a less specific category.

You know what I mean?

OK.
Today, the "enhancement" forum is not used and I think I will rename it to "General Core Development"
