[1.0.7] Apostrophe in multilanguage static items

Apostrophe in multilanguage static items are not supported in views

PHP error : syntax error, unexpected ....
..../application/libraries/ftl/parser.php(327) : eval()'d code

no,
apstrophes are supported on admin instances input but give error on the frontend view ..

Same problem also with page title and subtitle

It seems that for the problem there is a possible solution on https://github.com/ionize/ionize/issues/202

In Italian apostrophes are very frequent and the problem with the apostrophes is for us a very big frustration.

It would be possible to solve the problem ?
