Bug reporting Requirements

For quicker problem solving if you about to report a problem please share us some evironment details:

  • apache/nginx version & php version & ionize version

  • your testing url (example: http://localhost/ionize108/ )

  • your vhost directory settings if you using

If you have a php or database error then copy&paste the full error message or add a screenshot from it. If you have an unexpected working with a page-article architecture then share the tree with us in text format or with screenshot. If you enabled the error logging in config.php please share the logfile.

I will try every bugreport with 1.0.7 and the master version and If the bug can reproducte then I will open a ticket on the Github (https://github.com/ionize/ionize/issues) if the reporter not opened one from it. In the title I will show the ticket id [#<id>] and after the problem solved the [SOLVED] tag. If the problem are solved in the master branch already I will put a [RESOLVED] tag into the title.
