Modules not working in v 1.0.8

Tried installing the default modules which come with the instalation.
Seems to installs fine, the database tables are created correctly and everything, bu when I try to go to the module's page I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method MY_Loader::module_view() in /customers/e/8/a/txantreakokonpartsa.org/httpd.www/application/core/MY_Controller.php on line 1389

Re: Modules not working in v 1.0.8

Hello im new in the form,
i solved this problem by changing MY_Controller.php ,
change output function parameter
$limit_to_module_folder = TRUE  to  $limit_to_module_folder = FALSE
it works for me

/**
	 * @param      $view
	 * @param bool $limit_to_module_folder
	 */
	public function output($view, $limit_to_module_folder = FALSE)
	{
		// Unique ID, useful for DOM Element displayed in windows.
		$this->template['UNIQ'] = (uniqid());

		// Loads the view
		if ($limit_to_module_folder)
			$output = $this->load->module_view($this->config->item('folder'), $view, $this->template, true);
		else
			$output = $this->load->view($view, $this->template, true);

		// Set character encoding
		$this->output->set_header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8");

		$this->output->set_output($output);
	}
