Strange... Can you post a screenshot from the extend field dialog?

@raskrial - you might also want to keep an eye on console (F12, console tab for most browsers) - though usually tinymce scripts run last and if the editor appears broken you know js error...

Strange, but as @adamos42 said, screenshots showing details of that extended element may help

Re: [BUG] Extend fields not displayed in new article form?

I have similar problem, not exactly. My problem is , the extend field can works normally, but sometimes it cannot display in the admin panel. I need to refresh the admin page, then extend field can display. Do you understand my meaning ?

Simply, extend field is ok , but sometimes display , sometimes hidden in admin panel. It is so strange. For front-end is ok , but for back-end it's hard to manage.

Oh, then sorry. The bug was ghost in 1.0.7 but in 1.0.8 is a real "bug" (somebody I dont know why commented out the extend fields init, views fields in the option panel and I dont know what else)

But the bugs are placed in the: http://ionizecms.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=6 please next time open there a topic, not in the "How to?" section. I have not deleted this topic because it has not been resolved, but soon as I can make a pull request with solving it I will delete this topic (or ask somebody to move, because I dont have rights to do that)

For temporaly solution:
Edit the ./themes/admin/views/page/page.php uncomment the:

extendManager.init({
	parent: 'page',
	id_parent: id_page,
	destination: 'pageTab',
	destinationTitle: Lang.get('ionize_title_extend_fields')
});
extendManager.getParentInstances();

Also in the articles view: ./themes/admin/views/article/article.php

extendManager.init({
	parent: 'article',
	id_parent: id_article,
	destination: 'articleTab',
	destinationTitle: Lang.get('ionize_title_extend_fields')
});
extendManager.getParentInstances();

Now I understand why they comment out these , because the authors want you to use Content Type Concept to run extend fields. please go to here :
