How to: Multi-lingual category in URL

Dear forum,

I am currently building a blog website with ionize's article category system.
My question: how can I get multi-lingual URLs wenn I am filtering for categories?

Getting the categories URLs of the articles is very easy and cool.

<ion:page:categories>
    <a href="<ion:category:url />"><ion:category:title /></a>
</ion:page:categories>

With <ion:category:url /> I get the URL which delivers me only the articles assigned to a certain category.
The only problem with this is, that the URL looks like this:
/de/blog/category/xyz
... where "category" is automatically created by ionize and
... where "xyz" is the name of the category

Now, my blog website is in German and Italian. So i would need that "category" to be translated, just as the rest of the URLs and the whole website. This is important for SEO reasons.

Has anyone got experience with this issue?

All the best,
D
